| The video downloads arent playing. How do I make them work? |

To view the exclusive Guidance Media video downloads you need to have the Quicktime player installed on your system. This is the only media player that will work with our videos. We optimize our videos with quicktime pro to make them more suitable for web streaming.
The Quicktime player is free - you can find a direct link to the player on the downloads page or simply visit: http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/ to get it now.
TROUBLESHOOTING:
In order to best view the videos we suggest that you use a broadband internet connection that allows for at least 512MB data transfer speed. In order to keep our videos at the highest quality possible, we must use the least amount of compression
possible to prepare them for internet streaming. Some of our videos are over 60MB in length which means it would take a slower connection quite some time to complete the download.
If you are running a bit slower system or do not have a broadband internet connection, we suggest the following:
Open up the video download and do not play the clip until you can see that the video has completed at least half to the necessary download, or wait until the video has completely downloaded before playing the clip. On a modem connection
(depending on the size of the video) this could take up to 1/2 hour or more.
